DIagnosed a totally different problem than the previous person (also a Homestar contractor). Spen a long time working on it but the fridge is fixed.

Sergio responded quickly. He was on time and very courteous. In the end he did a great job, even staying longer to investigate a possible improvement. He was neat and cleaned up the work area.
