From start to finish, the sales representative, and the installation team were easy to deal with and displayed honesty. There were no hidden fees; everything was straightforward. All the windows and patio doors are Energy Star graded. The installation team was professional and efficient. They arrived on time, were careful during the tear-down process, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and remarkably completed the project in just one and a half days. They also removed the old windows and patio door and cleaned up the area after they completed job. Overall, I would rate them 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Galaxy WD to anyone in need of window and patio door replacements.
