From the first call to quote to completion, I found Michael and team to be very professional. Michael was very courteous and patient in answering all my questions related to the work they were going to do, materials and warranty. His communication and local references were key to my decision. They showed up on time and did a great job removing the old calking and even colour-matched the new caulking.
