Arrow arranged delivery for a Saturday and called to confirm on the Friday. We asked if it would be morning or afternoon. They said definitely not the morning but the afternoon after 1P.M. and so we arrived home at 11-30 a.m in the morning only to find that they had been at 11-00.a.m proved by the phone message by the office left for us.We called up right away and basically insinuated we were not telling the truth about the delivery in the afternoon and would not be able to return until at least the following Wednesday to which we replied what are we to sit on as our existing furniture had been moved out.The manager at Weston road was very discourteous and unapologetic basically saying, tough, you cannot cancel. The salesman at the brampton branch was excellent and it is a pity that his great service is let down by irresponsible work at the head office. Will not buy from ARROW again.
