This guy does not really know what he is doing. I had to fix his TV hookups. Took 45 minutes to mount a TV. Left garbage behind. This guy is a amateur not a pro.

Where do I start. Mediocre at best basic TV mounting. Tech left packing garbage behind. Explained to tech tv setup could not be completed due to all my Shaw services being down. He looked very confused. After explained to owner I wanted to swap out soundbars he told me he would provide no follow up visit to fix my problem.

BJ saved me from my botched Ecobee thermostat install. Tech was very professional and walked me through how my new Ecobee worked. Tech was in and out in a half hour. I highly recommend BJ.
