Have not had a heavy rain storm yet but from what I can ascertain I'am confident problem is rectified. Waterproof Masters has an excellent BBB rating. Workers & John were on time. They did a great clean up job. Kaitlin (not sure spelling) was a pleasure to speak to every time. John had lots of patience explaining details of process. John demonstrated patience in answering my many questions. John, seemed to genuinely care about doing job correctly. If I ever know anybody that would need his service I would definitely recommend Waterproof Masters.
