We decided to have Margaret Goyarzu of Welcome Home Designs give her views on colours of paint for our entry, living room and open stair wall. She was very professional and suggested some colours that we might not have considered. We took her advise and used her contractor for the painting. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend her company to anyone considering doing some interior painting.

Our roof started to leak and Barney Ovans Roofing came to patch it within hours of our first call. We accepted their quote for a new roof and waited for a start date. During this time we had heavy rain and they came again immediately to patch the roof. They then set a date within a week and applied the new roof. We were definitely satisfied with the crew who came out, they were very professional and did a thorough clean up before they left. We can highly recommend this company.

We have just had some windows and patio sliding door replaced and are pleasantly surprised by the very professional manner this was done. The service men were on time, very professional and made sure that everything was left in pristine conditions. The quality of the windows and door is A-one. I would definately recommend House Smart to anyone who is considering home improvements.
