My dishwasher was adequately repaired but the tech showed up 40 minutes early and in the middle of a video job interview. He refused to leave and come back. In hindsight, I should have just cancelled and got a different company. I emailed the company to express my concerns and no one got back to me. Edited to add: The owner of the company reached out to me following this review. My email was in spam (apparently including a contact number helps prevent that). He was very professional, apologized profusely and offered a very positive solution. Then, he followed up to make it sure it happened. I really appreciate his response.
