Decided to call the ad in my locate flyer and spoke to Dan. After speaking to Dan I just decide to go with them. I didn't check the reviews but just speaking to him I had a good feeling and knew that he was being upfront and there was no pressure. They came and did the job. They covered everything and were very thoughtful and very kind. Also made a recommendation and a tip that I could do easily myself. thank you

Was offered a Virtual appliance repair quote to look a fridge repair and took it. I spoke to Alex who was able to let me know what the problem was and if it was even worth fixing. Since the fridge was older (20 +) it wasn't. It took about 15-20 mins as we talked about other issues. Thank you it was fast and saved time.

VERY happy with the work Northshore did. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received. Darren answered all of my MANY questions and listens to my concerns all before signing. After the work was completed I had personally wanted something changed and he was prompt responding. Often it's hard to find a good contractor who have all the qualities we look for when hiring but I think that Northshore have many from the craftmanship, knowledge,pricing, and EXCELLENT customer service. Would highly recommend.
