Mat is a great General Contractor. Our project was mainly on time and budget considering the supply chain restraints we had during the pandemic. We did have to make some decisions on the fly as some materials were no longer available. Mat was quick to act and made sure thing went as smoothly as possibly. We did go over our projected timeline, however we did not go over budget. I would definitely recommend Spectrum Design & Build. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Elite Rail fabricated and installed a brand new aluminum rail for our front porch and stairs in under 3 weeks. Amazing service, communication, and workmanship. I would 100% recommend them!

Kevin and TJ were a pleasure to deal with. Great workmanship. The team repaired all concrete damage, resurfaced the concrete, coated it with a waterproof coating. Very pleased.
