We recently discovered our basement flooded due to a major water heater leak. When we contacted our rental company, they told us we could not get service for a week. We felt we were stuck with no hopes of getting hot water for a family of 5 for the entire week. We searched for other options and came across LG Home Comfort. We decided to purchase a tankless water heater, which decreases the chance of a basement flood again and is energy efficient.
