Our house was in need of new wider eaves, leaf guards, new downspouts, and new soffit. Dealing with CityPro Aluminum was a real pleasure, everyone was extremely courteous, took their time to listen to me, explained everything and the job was done perfectly, beyond what I envisioned! Dorian knows his stuff, you can tell immediately! I highly recommend this company and I will continue to be their customer for the foreseeable future! Thank you for your professionalism.

We had three (3) basement windows installed; we are very pleased with the way they were installed. Joe and Mike were very professional. GEM was always reliable and committed. We were told that it would take a bit longer due to COVID-19 delays, but as soon as it was possible, the windows were installed. The work was done neatly, and efficiently. We certainly would recommend GEM windows.
