For a company that sells such high-end products, the lack of customer centricity is appalling. When I finally got to Jim at the Presidents office I was expecting to have my issue resolved, yet he completely dismissed it with a sorry not sorry attitude and lacked very basic customer service skills. Had Miele given me the 90 dollar credit I requested, they could have kept a customer for life. Instead they lost thousands in future revenues because of their inflexibility and myopic view of addressing customer concerns. Ive never been treated so rudely by a company, let alone someone who represents the President. The only people who actually listened and tried to help were the front-line customer service reps, yet when I shared with Jim that the reps acknowledged my issue and said the Presidents office should be able to help me out, he got annoyed and said hell talk to Julie to ensure she doesnt misrepresent the companys willingness to help its customers ever again. Lol. I hope Julie moves on to another company that actually values her customer service skills. Here are the facts of what happened: In Sept 2022 I asked Miele for the part number of a specific oven rack. They gave me the number and I placed the order. We were in the middle of a move so I didnt open the box until the following summer. Immediately I saw that they gave me the wrong part number. I asked to return the part and get a credit so I can purchase the right one. I understand that 10 months passed but the item was brand new and I was hoping they would be flexible considering THEY were the ones who gave me the wrong part number. After many (generally positive) conversations with several reps, Jim from the Presidents office very arrogantly communicated to me that theres absolutely no way they will consider giving me a credit, given the box has been opened. Theres no seal and I could have easily said I didnt open the box, but I was honest as I expected theyd be flexible enough to waive 9 dollars 0 in order to keep a customer. Nope. Weve had a number of other issues with faulty Miele products (oven dial, oven light etc.) but this lack of customer centricity sealed the deal and we will NEVER purchase any Miele products again. Reading the other reviews I see my experience is very much on brand with how they treat their customers, which is a terrible business strategy. I hope they take a hard look at themselves and revamp their outdated approach, otherwise there's just no way they're staying in business long-term.

David and his team surpassed all our expectations when we hired them to do our interlock, back patio and side steps. We had a previous company start the job and had so many issues that we came from a place of hesitation, despite hearing many amazing personal stories about Geolock. Thankfully they completely restored our faith in skilled trades and completed the job faster than promised and to absolute perfection! My husband is extremely picky and generally isn't satisfied unless things are absolutely perfect and he was completely THRILLED with the work and the finished product. The team was here every day 7am-7pm and David was always available to respond to our many questions and provided ongoing advice and counsel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wish we had read the other reviews before re-hiring Luke because we had the exact same terrible experience as others shared here. Luke did 2 other jobs for us and we were happy; he was personable and did a good job for a competitive price. However, when we re-hired him a third time for a bigger job, they came, ripped up our driveway, did about 10% of the work, and then completely disappeared. We phoned, texted, pleaded.... nothing. Luke completely ghosted us. We kept reaching out and waited over a month refusing to believe that he would screw us like this. In the end he never replied, which is gross and unprofessional. We ended up hiring a different company that ultimately did an amazing job for us, but this was after several months of angst and stress and lost investment.

There are a few key qualities about Tornado Plumbing that resonated with us, near impossible to find these days, “TRUST” accompanied with, “HONESTY” ... a man of his word. Serhiy and his crews are disrupting the plumbing industry by changing the way we look at plumbers. They were the only company that spent the time to really get to know the job before they committed to a quote and time frame. They used camera snakes, consulted engineers, researched industry best products and then provided me a quote to do the work as if it was their own home. Any other plumbers I met were arrogant about how long their company has been in business or wanted to charge me just to bring out equipment. Other quotes lacked detail and focused on what their companies specialized in, not what the problems I was trying to solve for. I felt as if other companies were out to cut corners as their interactions with me were rushed and avoided talking about details of work, particularly around the concrete and drain work which they didn’t get was the heart of this project, they just saw the $ in the waterproofing portion. From the first visit to follow up upon completion, Sirhey was super responsive with all of my requests and was proactive in communication so as to not disrupt our family during this project. At times there were up to 4 crews working on our project, every employee of Tornado Plumbing was kind, considerate and competent. I too found Tornado plumbing by reading reviews here and checking them elsewhere. I was skeptical that a young company could have pleased so many home owners. Tornado turned out to be a better experience than I imagined a family or friend contact in the trade would work out to. A huge thanks to the entire team for an amazing job done on time and on budget.
