An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have replaced every door and window in our home with Clera Windows and doors. We are very pleased with the comfort level and overall appearance of our home . What I find outstanding is that we had a problem with the frame that holds the glass in our front door. I brought this to Todd’s attention and within two weeks we had a new frame installed at no cost and very little inconvenience. Way to go !!
