I would strongly recommend Stewart Roofing for a re-shingling project. My 3 neighbours and myself live in a 4 unit townhouse. We had a contract with Stewarts for the replacement of our shingles. Stan, the owner, was our contact and he explained and quoted in detail, the work to be done. His price was competitive and he met the schedule given. One of the owners had a leak in his garage since buying new 14 years ago. The original builder could never fix the problem. When Stewart's stripped the old shingles they noticed that the flashing had been installed with the overlap in the wrong direction. They removed and replaced it correctly not only on the problem roof but on the other 3 as well. There was no extra charge to do this. One other had a problem with birds lifting the shingles and nesting in the soffit. Stewarts made a customized metal cover to stop the birds. Two months later and there are no birds in the roof. Again there was no extra charge. Our roofs had very small roof vents. Stan recommended Venmar Towers for vents. We have noticed that the 2nd floor was cooler this summer as the hot air in the attic was able to be vented out quicker. We had the Owens Corning True Definition shingles installed. They look great. The installers told us that they are a superior product to other they have used. Overall an excellent shingled roof installed by an exceptional team. Bravo
