Items moved safely, nice movers, only issue is billing
Had a Dec 2020 move 3 movers wore masks, moved things well under tight corners, wrapped the items to keep them protected. Movers did very well. Only issue was the time charged driving from their location to my house, which accounted for 2 hours of billed time. I know the roundtrip drive is billed on top of moving time, but I don't think it takes 2 hours roundtrip to my house. They should provide proof of that time.
