My Navien NBC 240 that heats the water and provides heat for my house sprung a massive leak when the Flow Sensor broke. I called in the "guys in the green trucks" to fix it ASAP as it was Dec 23rd with the Christmas shutdown fast approaching. The service guy came by the same day and diagnosed 4 parts that I would need. The next day I heard back from that company that the Flow Sensor part I needed was not in Canada and they would not be able to get it from California until Dec 27th making it a cold Christmas.
A friend heard about our dilemma and recommended I give Len a call at Tempasure to see if he had the part. I called Len late on Christmas eve explained the problem , sent pictures and the diagnosis that was given by the other company. He arranged to get the Flow Sensor from his supplier that evening and arranged to have one of his technicians install it on Christmas day. Len continuously sent me updates on what he was arranging and when I could expect to have it fixed. He also offered to drop off space heaters on Christmas eve if we needed any. Thank-you Len for the Christmas miracle with getting our heat and hot water back when others dropped the ball. Not only did you provide EXCELLENT customer service but saved us some money on parts as we only needed the Flow Sensor and not 3 extra parts the other company recommended. I will use Len and his team at Tempasure in the future and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for Heating and Cooling experts.
