Ali responded to my inquiry very quickly. He provided a quote for the services needed (smart lighting installation, electrical outlet fixes, etc.) and came the next day. He arrived at the promised time and completed the work promptly and professionally. I can't say enough about Serge and his team. From our first meeting to the completion of the job, everything was handled so professionally...everything that was promised was delivered, all questions were answered promptly, there were no billing "surprises", the on-site crew (including Serge himself) was fantastic and courteous, and the job site was clean every day (something that we, as parents of young kids, could definitely appreciate). And when it came to the work itself, we've received several unsolicited compliments. Our "eye-sores" have now become a source of pride. And some of our neighbours have asked for Serge's business card. We feel very fortunate to have partnered with All County.

We'e used WaterWorks in the past, so it was an easy decision to contact them when we had a problem with the our water temperature.
