They are very efficient & careful getting the job done. The technicians this time were Karl & Andrew. Met Karl before was very pleased; he is consistently good at his job. Saturday of long weekend, my furnace stopped working. Due to expense decided to tough it out til Tuesday. Company, I had used, advised wouldn't be out for another day. Called Knight Plumbing and Heating. Young lady (maria) was very empathetic and helpful said she would try to get someone out same day. Technician (Karl) was there within 2 hours. He inspected the furnace and explained what he thought was needed to fix it. He did everything possible to repair furnace. I decided I needed new furnace but was worried about waiting another week. But it was installed the next day. Karl and Ciara were wonderful. They are personable knowledgeable and professional. They were on time, very diligent in completing the job. The job site was kept clean and tidy at all times. Karl explained everything they had done + what I need to do to maintain the equipment in good working order. The inspector was just here to give his stamp of approval as well. Thank you everyone at Knight Plumbing Heating and a/c. You have a new loyal customer. I have already recommended to another customer and will continue to do so. Keep up the work. Special thanks to Karl!!!

I called Reliable Appliance Service today. My frontload washing machine flooded my laundry room this morning. The technician (Marc) was at the house as scheduled. Marc advised what is needed to remedy the problem. He is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He, also, connected my new LG refrigerator icemaker. Marc did what the retailer did not do; he showed me the features my refrigerator & how to use them. I recommended this company to family and friends already today and will continue to do so.

I called Boulevard to enquire about new eaves troughs. After a thorough inspection was advised it wasn't necessary to replace. I then asked representative to check a leaking window. He advised the different types of windows and the ones that would suit my needs. I am aware and fully understanding what is involved in choosing windows. I am particular about buying Canadian. The rep, Maurice, was/is patient in explaining pros and cons. The installer, Jason, was very helpful too. They are very professional. Excellent customer service Would recommend to anyone. The cost is very competitive. It is in fact less than a family paid. She wishes she had spoken to the folks at Boulevard first before replacing her windows.

I must compliment Donny & Reggie. They did a good job; they were on time , friendly and very quick and efficient. Would hire them and 1 800 Got Junk anytime.

It was a wonderful experience dealing with this company. From Holly who booked the appointment, Vanessa who did the quote; to Abe who did the application. All are knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The job was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The quality of work is VERY GOOD, This was a customer, who wasn't sure what they wanted but suggestions were made and the result is perfect. Thanks for everything. If I need any other work such as windows, doors I will be calling Boulevard Exteriors.

Almac completed a landscape design for my residence. The front of the property was done this spring..cedar fence, slate front step and landscape of lawn, flower beds, etc. It is a big job; will be done in phases. The crew were professional, friendly, courteous. They cleaned up site everyday. Alan is very knowledgeable and accommodating.. Great work guys. See you next year!

I am very pleased with my interaction with this company at this time. The owner has had a number of consultations with me to get a feel for what I want. I feel my concerns and ideas have value. The company provided a portfolio of jobs previously done. They made it possible for me to talk to a current client and see the work that has already been done for them. The company has provided detailed drawings of my property and the plans for future work to be completed. The owner has been available to answer any questions that I have had; his honesty and forthright manner has been greatly appreciated. So much so that I have contracted with them to begin work in early 2013.
