Terrible customer service from the Futureshop online purchase. First I was charged the PST when it is not to be charged on Energy Start appliances. When I called to complain I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for a manger and was told someone would call me in 48 hours. No one called. I called back at they now has a promotion for the fridge and asked to get the promotion and was told again someone would call. No one did! Never again will I shop online with FutureShop for large ticket items.
Very good customer service. Will work for you to get what you want not just what they have in stock. Better pricing then the box stores. Should you wish reconditon, they have that too! Parts specialist also. Purchased SS stove!
Looking for a new TV can be a trying time with all the different types of displays on the market. Going to G & G takes all the confusion out the the buying experience. You do not have to have a masters degree in bargaining to shop there as I have found you will get the best price by just asking. Highly recommend if you have not been to the store to get them a chance to help you out, I believe you will not be sorry.
Very good experience buying appliance's at the Sears store in the Shopping Centre. Knowledgeable staff and great service. The delivery was right was even two days earlier than was expected. The unit was on clearance and was the Dishwasher made by Bosch for Sears. Outstanding value!
Found the appliance sales help, very poor to say the least. No such thing a 10% off lowest advertise pricing even with sign's all over the store that say so. Using wishy washy wording in the fine print to get around policy. Not very satisfied!
