We had a large crack in the back foundation of our house mainly due the collapse of the ground because of a couple of large trees. This also caused our back deck to drop almost 6 inches from one side to the other. Dave's crew did the necessary repairs and also leveled our deck at no extra charge. Not only that but he got us a new thermostat at no charge when ours was damaged at the time our AC unit at the back was moved due to the excavations.
