I am *highly* allergic to mold so when I first called Nev a year ago after experiencing allergies in our basement I was in a panic! He quickly located the problem (a storm window left slightly ajar for way too long and told me how to clean it ourselves. He quickly inspected the rest of the property and finding nothing, did not even charge the full inspection amount. Earlier this year we bought a new house and used him to verify it's mold/moisture status before we even put in an offer. We also used him to do a remediation on my mother-in-law's house after a leak caused major mold to develop. And finally, I called Nev in (another!) panic when the house we purchased sprung a leak in the roof 4 days before our closing. Nev made room in his schedule to do a reinspection, providing clear guildelines on what needs to be done to address the water damage. He is totally reliable, very pleasant to deal with, caring, and extremely reasonable. I can testify that there is no more mold at all in my mother-in-law's and am confident about recommending his services to anyone!

I've called Enbridge time and again for all our gas appliance related needs. I know they contract their services out but I have never been disappointed. Technicians are timely, courteous, and always look out for their customer's best interest.

We used this company for a recent move. They were great to work with from their reception/bookers to their drivers. My only complaint is that that I can never find the phone number for self-storage on their website!!

I know they are not the cheapest junk cartage company around, but they're efficient, friendly, will divert what they can to GoodWill, and offer excellent service for returning customers. We've always been very happy with their service -- they never complain about having to trek into the house to carry heavy items out -- it's all part of the service. We'll keep using them with confidence.

We were referred to Langstaff and Sloan by a neighbour years ago and have been using them for jobs large and small ever since. Their crews are always courteous and efficient and are very transparent about their pricing -- always checking before completing something unforeseen. We recently used them to remove a spot of knob and tube wiring from our house and they were able to do so without any damage to the original stucco ceiling. We've always been very pleased with their work!

I contacted a few painting companies and Ramin was quick to get back to me, courteous, and made himself and his team available for us on a weekend so we could get our house done in time to hit the market. Despite the very short timeline, Ramin made sure that the job was done professionally and perfectly (I was there to witness his perfectionism and it's just what you want in a painter!). I even checked his quote out with a couple of other Homestar top-rated painters and was very confident going into the job. We will certainly use him again in our new house and would recommend him for any job that he commits to.
