We worked directly with the owner, Daniel Li - he oversaw the work and helped us make a decision on our custom vanity top. Daniel is great to work with and is very knowledgeable in custom countertops. He has just started his company and has a wide selection of granite, quartz (from Italy and China) and marble. He was able to order the materials within a day and install within 3 days of order! Great service! We will be doing our master bath in a month's time and we will definitively be working with Daniel again!

I shopped around for carpets for weeks before stumbling upon Distinctive Broadloom. I decided to drop in and to my surprise they had a wide selection of carpets at great prices and better yet they had the best customer service in all the stores I visited. I worked with Andrew who helped us pick out the carpet we installed in our 5 bedrooms. He worked with our schedule and sent top notch installers to do the work. The installers were very professional and hard workers. The rooms were not easy to lay carpet and they did a great job - especially in the closets! I highly recommend Distinctive. We will be going back to them to lay carpet on our Hollywood stairs.

Our furnace was old so before it broke down, we called around to get informed on furnace installations and obtain quotes to replace the unit when it failed. We met with 4 vendors, one of them being Reliable Home Comfort. Compared to the competition, Reliable is no match! Rob and Rob (known as the A-team!) came to the house to provide a quote - they are technicians and not pure sales people - they know what they are talking about, they've 'been there, done that with furnaces' and they take the time to explain (and in some cases re-explain) the situation and answers to questions. The competitors in all cases were 'sales guys' working on commission who in many cases struggled to answer technical questions. After Rob and Rob provided the quote, we had a couple other follow-up calls with another Reliable Rob - Rob L. who helped us and was very accomodating and patient and took the time to answer our questions without the sales pitch. Soon after, our furnace broke down and luckily we had done our research. We called Rob L. in the morning and he re-arranged the A-team's schedule to come and install our furnace. Rob and Rob came back to the house and did the installation. They are great to work with, very professional, layed floor coverings from the front of the house to the basement (a great distance!), and left the furnace room in better condition then when they came! Their work is impeccable - they installed a new humidifier as well as the furnace, used high-quality materials (used aluminium tape unlike the repair company for our old furnace who used duct tape!). Rob and Rob have a true passion for the work that they do, and this comes across in how they execute the job. It was a real pleasure working with them! They have great prices, great warranties, and most importantly great service! They process OPA discounts quickly, as well! I highly recommend Reliable!

Very thorough cleaning and always on time. We have bi-weekly cleaning and are very impressed with the services received. Price-wise, they are higher, but worth it. Overall, a great job every time!
