Great great service! Roman responded promptly, efficiently diagnosed what was wrong, and did a great job in all these repairs. The price was fair, and when I was able to find much cheaper costing listings for a very expensive washing machine motor, Roman was able to get a local warehouse to match that. He also fixed a loose kitchen faucet handle, which wasn't part of the original service request. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!

After a recommendation from my realtor, I hired Keith and 360 Roof to do a full replacement of both my flat and angled roof areas. I can be a somewhat 'difficult' customer, in terms of asking a lot of questions before and during the process (it's a big investment!). Keith was extremely patient answering them all, and his quote was very reasonable. His crew were super-efficient and finished the job within a day. I noticed a couple of small issues, that were addressed promptly by the crew coming back the next day, and then Keith himself inspecting the roof and fixing one last request of mine. Can't say enough for the quality of the work and the ease of customer service with this company!

While Orkin's on-the-ground termite treatment is good, all potential customers should know that if you pay for a year's warranty and then sell your house, they will not continue the warranty coverage for the new owners. A manager stated that this was because maybe the new owners would do reno that would change the house, so the warranty would stay with the departing owner. Makes no sense, the termites are in the current house! And it was difficult to get information out of the company; they suddenly went from very professional and quick to respond to vague and 'we'll get back to you' and never did. I had the new owners ready to pay me the remaining yearly balance to take over the continuing coverage, and had to tell them not to bother; money wasted, for a stupid and illogical reason and a cash grab. Buyers beware!

A great company, they use high-quality products and are very patient and thorough, at both installation and afterwards, helping me to feel confident in operating the system. I highly recommend them!

Wayne's team did a great job filling in many small and not-so-small holes in the bungalow I just moved into, including a hard-to-access side of the house right next to the neighbouring building. A very nice quality of work and reasonable price!

I hired the English Painter to repair my basement after having mould remediation rip out a lot of drywall and insulation. Gareth came out right away and made solid recommendations about what needed to be done, got the work started promptly, and did a very professional and polished job of repairing the basement, and then repainting. The sellers of my newly-purchased house had used a cheap coat of latex paint over an older oil-based one, and their new paint was peeling off at the slightest touch. The English Painter sanded off the old cheap coat and put two proper layers of new paint on that is much higher quality and durable. Additional jobs I asked about were quoted reasonably and done quickly as well. All in all a very easy experience, and great that both the repair and painting could be dealt with by the same firm. I'd recommend the English Painter to anyone!

Fantastic company and people. Dean and Milton were prompt, super-keen and very knowledgeable. There was a good pre-quote inspection of the house. They got the knob-and-tube that wasn't still supposed to be in my house out of there efficiently, with a minimum of destruction of finished elements, and were able to give me a good menu of options and costs to choose from. Very reasonable, and super work, going above and beyond. I'd have them back for any other electrical work needed here.
