Frank was in charge of our kitchen renovations. He listened to our ideas before he brought us a design where he incorporated these ideas. If we wanted to talk to him about possible changes, he was always patient and listened. He was always available to talk to. He made sure anything we were not perfectly satisfied with was fixed to our satisfaction. The job took longer then he had thought, but we never felt he tried to rush the installer. We are very pleased with the final results.

Our new bathroom is beautiful. Lawrence did the work for us. He was always prompt, polite and friendly when he came to work. He spent a fair bit of time at our house and we had no complaints. He took pride in his work, and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work.

We purchased appliances here. We had trouble with Appliance Canada in our area and called Harley the owner. He talked with us, he didn't put us off to a salesperson until he solved the problem for us. He made sure the salesperson looked after us well. The delivery people and telephone staff were courteous and polite.

Dan is always there when he says he will be. He takes pride in his work. Before he leaves a job, he makes sure the customer is completely satisfied. His work is first rate. The job site is always cleaned up, you are not left with a mess to clean up after he is finished.
