Blake and Dylan of Muddy York are friendly and professional. They take the time and care for a great result. They took the time to explain the choices available and how it would affect the price, look, and finished product. Great people, great service, and fair price. I'd use them again.

Frank was a pleasure to deal with on a smaller job of trimming back a tree that had overgrown. I needed to keep it contained from the gutters of the house and to provide a nice shade over the deck it's growing through. Frank cared about the tree, first and foremost. He knew its type and was delicate with it using hand tools as opposed to heavy machinery. He cleaned up afterwards (leaving it even better than when he arrived). I will use Pallister moving forward and recommend you do too.

When we bought the house, the kitchen was dark and terribly laid out (who puts a fridge on one side of the room with nothing on either side of it?) William came in gave us a whole new design. We knocked out walls, put in a whole new lighting system (and sound to boot), we opened up the one small window we had making it much larger and couldn't be happier with our kitchen. The cabinetry is flawless, the custom butcher block countertop makes everyone jealous and the attention to detail make our new kitchen, as my sister-in-law put it, "the one that everyone dreams about". Yes, it's magazine worthy.

I called around for quotes and discovered it to be roughly the same price everywhere. I went with the most supportive over the phone. I was DIY'ing so I just need the pour. The truck came on time and was pleasant enough. Everything was running smoothly until the truck broke down. I was very impressed that within a half hour another truck showed. We didn't slow down once. The best was when City Concrete refunded a little money for the troubles of the break down. The basement slab is poured and drying now.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
many hands make light work. Have everything prepped for when the truck shows.

Bisham and his team understand the urgency of comfort in your home. They are always professional and courteous. They provide top notch quality in the work they do. Everything is thought of. They took extra care in handling all of my special requests, even creating custom ducting so I could have more height in my basement. The vents on the outside of the house look rugged and built to last - we replaced everything. When I asked about whole home dehumidifers - he recommended against it and gave me the reasons why - saved me more money in the long run. He's come at different hours so that we can meet and discuss next steps. I highly recommend Apple Plus. They are a little expensive - but it's the quality of the workmanship that counts, especially in the HVAC in your home.

I was digging in my basement to lower the floor and while trying to discover my main drain, I accidentally knicked the old lead supply pipe. I taped it up so it wouldn't flood my basement and started my phone calls. Anta responded quickly. They were completing my sentences when I explained my dilemma to them which gave me confidence they knew what they were doing. They told me what needed to be done and why and how it would actually improve my water flow and how the city would expedite what they needed to do (replace their lead pipe in priority sequence (12 weeks instead of a year) once I had my side done). They also told me the cost which I thought was too much. I called around. Usually it's $500 more from two other companies and even more from others. I spoke to a friend who had had it done recently without the time pressures and he said, "hey, that's a good price" I called them back, they came in two days, they were safe by checking for gas lines first. They brought 3 guys, dug a hole outside my house, put the new pipe in place, hooked it up, filled the hole back in with gravel (i'll cement it later) and called me at 3 to tell me they were done. While cutting the concrete the dust got on my neighbour's porch and baby carriage - they sprayed it all down and apologized to my neighbour for me as well. Anta came highly recommended to me from a friend and I'll do the same. Quick quality cheap - I say pick two. Anta gave me all three and I was pleasantly surprised.

Company Response

Although in this scenario was accidental, it is always good to replace the lead water supply lines in order to ensure that the water in your home is potable. This is especially crucial if there are any seniors or children in your household. We like to provide this assurance to our customers and at a fair price. Our technicians are excellent professionals and are experts in the area of water supply lines. We cannot express in words the professionalism our technicians demonstrate and can only say that we are called that you were able to experience it. We greatly appreciate your business and hope that we have created a lasting business relationship! Thank you
