I had Clements Interior redo my Dining and Lounge and the outcome was great.Visitors to our home are impressed with the work and selection of furniture which we also love.

Went to the new local Home Depot in Markham North to purchase some supplies for my painting project.I got some great service from the Lady in the paint department,cannot recall her name. Project was straight forward and the items I purchased worked well

I spent $2500 for a Serta Matress.3 years later the matress was sagging 4 " and I called the retailer to have a look at it.They agreed that it require replacing but were making every excuse not to repalce it.Apparently one of the tags on the matress were removed.I took this up with serta and they were just not interested.The brand labels etc were still in place but a small number tag was not there- Please be careful when dealing with matress companies.They claim 10 year warranty etc but when it come to honouring that warranty they will make every excuse not to.I wish the Ontario Government could have some protection laws in place for consumers as these large customers get away with everything.

Purchased a Monarch home for $ 600000 and though we will be OK in the long term -When I decided to do up the basement I was told that there are too many structure poles -thus one will be walking into poles all the time.The cost of moving these poles are costing me more than $15000.This is only for 4 poles.I was told by the engineer if the builder wanted to do this in a beter way they could have, because they were just cutting on costs doing it way they did. Therefore when purchasing a home from Monarch or any other company get a plan of the basement and the location of the poles.This could make you basement plans for the future easy or a headache.Sit down with the builder and tell them where you want the poles,less poles are better and maybe spend the extra $5000 in the beginning when building your home so you can avoid these issues later.

Went to this store to purchase some accessories etc for a plumbing job-I dont know much about repairing a toilet but their customer service has really improved and I would definitely go there again

I think the Brick's marketing is excellent but I found the quality of their merchadise really low quality.After 14 months the furnture we purchased is falling apart.I think that if you want to buy good furniture go to the high quality furniture stores and dont bother with with is available at the Brick.
