Fast and affordable. Good follow-up on installation (best part). The in-store service was surprisingly helpful. They were able to make recommendations and ask the right questions so that they could give us appropriate advise on the type of flooring we should and shouldn't look for. The installers were on time and installed the carpeting quickly. They could have cleaned up a bit more after installation. They gave advise on how to care for the carpet after.
