My furnace was installed by this company aprox. 2 years ago. It recently stopped working so I phoned to have Clearview come see what the problem was. Upon phoning I was informed that I had a 10 year warranty, for parts service and labour and that the callout and service was free of charge. The tech arrived and told me before he looked at it that there would be a charge if it wasn't furnace related. He proceeded to check the furnace came back two minutes later....after completing no work whatsoever, then charged me $175.00 and said my vents were dusty. I feel this company is notorious for their bait and switch. This is not the first time this company has come to my house offered me inflated prices then left with my money after completing no service. I feel this company is overpriced and dishonest. The way they operate leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is the last time I will deal with them. I don't recommend that you call them, they will charge you for just picking up the phone.

I hired advanpro after phoning several companies we have 2 furnaces and a fairly large job. They were prompt, professional and strait forward about their prices. I felt they did a great job. We have dealt with other companies that are always overcharging and hiding costs. Dealing with Advanpro was a relief! I will call them again for this service.
