We had a leak from our roof into the garage. When we called we were greeted by Kim who was so friendly and personable. She had the owner Brad at our home within hours. Brad was efficient, knowledgeable and took time to explain things to us. He took pictures on the roof to show us exactly what needed to be done. He did a perusal of the entire roof as well and was able to attend to problems that would lead to future leaks at no additional cost! His honesty and quick resolution impressed us greatly. Other places we called had answering machines that definitely could not replace the warmth and professionalism of Kim! Brad had the job done by the time other companies got back to us!

Thank you for sending Boris today to fix the caulking in the kitchen. He came immediately. The training your workers have is exceptional. They are professional, courteous and personable. It was like greeting an old friend when he came today! As I have said before, it is a pleasure dealing with your company. You stand behind your work. If there is something to be fixed, it is attended to rapidly and with care and proficiency. It makes us as customers feel we spent our money wisely when we chose your company to do our renovations. I was having problems getting the company I had install my roof years ago to come out to repair some shingles blown up on the wind storm. I had made repeated calls for several weeks to North York Roofing but didn't even get a call back! One call to Energy Service Roofing and they were here the first day! They efficiently repaired the roof at a reasonable cost.

I spoke to Dave Thompson after the recent wind storm to repair some shingles. He said he'd call a few days later to set up a time. After three weeks and leaving repeated messages, nobody returned my calls. Irealize it wasa busy time but at least my calls should have been answered as I had my roof installed by North York roofers in 2007. At that time I dealt with Ron Sheridan who was very much involved in client satisfaction. Unfortunately he has died and it seems his values are not being carried out by the company now. I had to find another roofing company to do the repairs.

Naz , the supervisor came to my home on time. With expert advice, he explained my options. He got the necessary permit and arranged for the inspections. He filled out my rebate form. All I had to do was sign! It was a more difficult job than expected as most back water valves are installed indoors but I couldn't do mine indoors as I had laminate flooring over the access spot and I didn't want to remove it. His crew arrived on time and tried to find the location on the lawn with no success. Naz was going to refill the hole and not charge me but he asked if he could try closer to the house at an additional fee of $400 for another's day's work. I agreed. The crew found the spot, put in the valve, replaced the earth, tamped the ground and bagged the excess earth and stored it under my deck to put back in the spring when the ground settles despite not having to do this. Naz was happy it all worked out and said he wasn't going to charge the extra $400. Who does that? I generally don't hug tradespeople who come to do jobs but I hugged Naz. He didn't collect the deposit until the job was done. He drew diagrams to explain everything. As a senior I have dealt with many companies over the years but never had one so honest, caring and professional. Use this company!!!

Bought a sdide by side fridge and felt it didn't suit my needs. Returned it 6 months later and was shown a model that has been ideal. The fridge was taken back with a small reduction after 6 months. The new fridge was on sale and bought during scratch days withy an additional discount. Sears wants a happy customer.
