Oleg did an amazing job of fixing my large flat roof. I purchased the house and the previous owner had been putting tar and patching the roof for many years - it was in terrible shape resulting in leaks. Oleg's company tore up the roof and put a new one. The work was well done - someone independent inspected the roof and commented on the good workmanship. I had many quotes and this company's quote was fair and I felt confident in their reputation. If I ever have another roof to do, I will call them.

I had a large old flat roof on a 100 year old roof building that leaked in 5 places a month after I bought it. The whole roof had to ripped off and replaced. I received about 10 quote before I settled on Oleg. His pricing is fair and the work was done quickly. I had the roof inspected by an independent inspector and no problems, good workmanship! I highly recommend them.

I had to get my house up to ESA standards for insurance purposes and there was a fair bit of knob and tube as well as some aluminum wiring. Peter (Piotr) was amazing, he was prompt, did a great job and had it inspected by the ESA quickly, and provided both the ESA and his own letter stating the work done and that the house was now up to standard. Of 5 electricians I chose from this site for quotes, I chose him because he was reasonably priced, but most of all because I trusted his opinion. I am very happy with my choice. He did extra things that weren't included in his original quote as well, like install an outdoor light and fix the stove fan unit. I received a quote a year ago, and they came in and honoured that quote. They came in with masks and cleaned out several area in the attic that had been soiled by the raccoons then sprayed it with anti-microbial, anti-fungal type spray (I don't know the name of it). Kenneth also fixed a portion of my roof that originally needed an 8 foot repair but in the interim I had patched inexpertly, so on this visit they said I only needed 4 feet fixed (so less money). All of the work was done quickly and efficiently. Hopefully I have kept the critters at bay but if I need a wildlife person, I will use them again!

Ordered a bin and it came quickly, prices are quite reasonable, did a 7 day rental. The dispatcher was very nice and understanding as I was working with a parent that hoards and didn't want the bin there - really their manner made all the difference. They also came and got the bin in a timely manner. I didn't get to fill the bin quite as much as hoped but if I ever need a disposal I will definitely use them again!

Dropped off 2 rugs, let me know that one was poor quality and not worth cleaning (I appreciated the honesty) and did a great job on the other on. Would go back again!
