My experience with Davey tree was a disappointment. The first issue I had was that the crew that was sent to cut the tree down did not finish the job because they were not told about the metal fence that had grown into the tree and refused to do anything about that, although I had been told my the person who estimated the job it could be done. The second portion of the work, which was putting lines and braces on a different tree they didn't do because they said that they had another job and had to go. The work was estimated in June the work due to weather conditions and different issues with Davey Tree not doing their job that it finally got completed at the end of August. Even then there was a portion of the tree that was hanging from a phone line and they made an appointment to come and look at it. I waited all day and no show. The piece of wood is still there to this day. Very Disappointed in their service.

Hightech service repairman arrived very quickly, actually the same day I phoned. He checked out the stove and said it needed a part which he would order and could take up to 2 weeks. When the part arrived he was very helpful in making suggestions about how to maintain the part. He was also very through in checking a dryer that was not giving enough heat. His prices are fair and he is very knowledgeable and I will be a loyal customer from now on.
