It was Saturday, June 30 and our fridge decided to conk out on us. We were having about 50 people over the next day for a neighbourhood pig roast. We were lucky enough to have a garage fridge to put our essentials in but we were going to need the space. I was prepared to wait until after the holiday to call someone but my husband went online and found Cascade Appliance Repair. He read the other reviews and they were so positive that he thought he would try. He called and Steve decided to come out to Hamilton to look at the fridge. He was there within the hour and discovered the problem right away. He was able to get our fridge running and said he would be back early in the following week to install a permanent cold control in our freezer. He saved our butts and money from having to buy a new fridge. His cost was reasonable and he was so knowledgeable and efficient that we realized that we had definitely called the right person. I would and will highly recommend Cascade Repair with full confidence to anyone who may ask me. How refreshing to find a great repair service!! And we weren't gouged on a holiday weekend like I was expecting. A great company all around!!
