As a business owner it is nice to know that there are other privately owned companies who are true to their word. Several years ago I purchased windows for my home. When I contacted Clera to have a window serviced they came out, repaired the window and honored their warranty to the word, no questions asked. This year I ordered more windows and a front. Entrance door. The salesman was knowledgable and not the least bit pushy. The installation went smooth, and the installers were polite and clean. It is a pleasure doing business wi th such a professional company. Thank you Clera
