ARS made my day. Catherine the Call Center lady is professional and very nice, the same with Service Technician Andre are really an asset for ARS. I am an appliance man from Sears Canada, but believe me trust this company with closed eyes. May God Bless them for their families and us. Cheers and Merry Christmas/ Shahrokh

I am the owner of the inspected property by Mr. Kyle on Dec.03,2020, and followings are my comments: 1- Inspection window was 2-5 PM while he came 1:30 and without acknowledging us started taking photos, Parked in the drive way, going to the backyard and before 2 PM he was on the roof. 2- He damaged a couple of the showers and water is leaking from the valves, Closet Door handle got lose,... and left some appliances door opened, and big mess under the Cabinets in all bedrooms. And reset all appliances and left some doors open and even did not put back everything in the places. 3- He was not able to Turn On the Fireplace, and Oven cooktop burners. 4- His job was not professional and tried to find Mr. Ray to avoid this Review the whole morning. It is very annoying and sad, and I hereby ask Ray to ask the inspector to respect and company's name and clients. I left a message for Ray on his Cell as well.
