Without getting into details trades people have all the power. Itˋs like if you dont like this company and complain they really dont care "and they know it" because they have soooo much work. Chris the on site manager tried to help but after a while it felt like I was bothering him and he fluffed me off. That my experiance with Jermark.
Items Freezing in the fridge Work Order# 422533
Melvin the service Tech was by 3 times to repair my Kitchen Aid Fridge which was freezing food items. He replaced 3 parts. This fridge is still under warrenty. Melvin said that the cost of all these calls were close to $1000.00 The fridge is still broken. I called the office to get Melvin to come back and was told the Ticket is closed and to call Whirlpool Canada. Thank god I didn't actually pay this company any money. Melvin needs more training. Whirlpool sent another Tech from a different company, he made a temprature adjustment in the setting mode, and said that the last Tech missed this adjustment. This was my experiance with Elite Appliance Service.
