Excellent product and goodservice. When here, COVID restrictions were in place, but the service technician did not wear a mask and did not ask if we were OK with him not wearing a mask. He should have done that. When I asked him about it, he said he didn't wear a mask because I didn't ask him to. After the unit was installed, I would have appreciated a more detailed walk through as to how the system works. It has been working very well, so I don't want to change any settings, but I would like to know how to do that. The instruction book we were left with is not very user friendly. I had assumed that it would be which is why I didn't ask for a more detailed explanation while he was here. We are very happy unit despite these comments.
