An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Frank,you were not the first quoted that I received but after your presentation I knew that Clera Window took all the steps to develop BSP (best service practices) and that impressed me because no other sales person had. I wanted to tell you from the first day we meet I felt comfortable with the purchase, I was assured that the purchase and the installation is the best on the market and that is exactly what I received. I want to thank also the installers Drew and Stefano they were accommodating and very polite, no matter how many time or how dirty my floors were from the installation, every time they came in they would remove their shoes. The installer ran into problems and they worked with me to achieve the best results. I was every pleased with their conduct, professionalism and respect to towards us. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. PS Since the installation of new window, I do not hear the birds in the morning singing.
