Purchased a condo with Pollard windows brand new build. The main window in the living room moves in a breeze not a wind but a breeze and squeaks something out of a horror movie. I contacted the builder and Pollard they say its normal but I also own 2 other units with the same window and do not have this problem. Pollard says they will be in touch but never heard back. In total the window flexes 1 1/2 in and out and this is normal ?
