Yevhen showed up quickly and on time. He identified the issue with our washing machine and fixed it skillfully. The particular part was no longer manufactured by Whirlpoool, but Yevhen took the initiative and spent his own time at no extra charge to us, to find the part in the secondary market. He went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a serviceman. He is very polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
