Would like to thank everyone from Bavarian windows from Joe in Sales to Mike the installer and his helper. They put down dust clothes in all the areas they would be working in, and when they tidied up even asked if we were satisfied with the cleanup. They excelled in all areas and we are so pleased with the windows inside and outside appearance . Would highly recommend this company and use them again on any other window projects. From the phone call to our Insurance Company for help to First On Site arrival at our house was a couple hours, they immediately took control of the situation. It was already stressful with Covid and now water damage but each person from their staff was friendly and professional , extra thank you to the crew who helped with moving and re-setup of furniture and special kudos to Mike Gross team leader for all he did we couldn’t thank him enough.
