My new GE cafe stove caught on fire, it was extremely upsetting and shocking. The Elite technician that came to my house was extremely helpfully, knowledgeable and was able to fully explain everything to me. He wore clean boot covers, face mask and was friendly. He also gave me important information to pass on to my electrician. Elite appliance went over and above. Order number was 9409913019.
