Eli was very courteous and knowledgeable about our problem. Rather than talk us into a more costly solution, he was able to do a work around which saved us some money. We were assured that, if the repair failed, he would come back and do the full repair for an amount that was reduced by what we initially paid. We were extremely impressed with the service we received and with the way we were treated by Eli.
