Our experience was a very positive one from our initial meeting with Robin to the on time (actually early) installation. Kev and Kev did the installation and were excellant. They were careful of our floors, helped by removing the few window covers that we had trouble with and did it all including cleaning and reviewing the windows afterwards. We now have very nice windows and a lovely new glass insert in our front door.
