Eli arrived to look at my broken fridge. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I contacted GNA appliances because Kitchenaid said they did not have a technician in our area. Eli advised that the repair would be $1500 but also said it was a known issue and even though my fridge was 7 years old that I should contact Kitchenaid. Upon contacting Kitchenaid, all of a sudden they did have a tech unicorn for my area and offered the repair for the price of a service call. Thanks Eli, I really appreciated your knowledge and advice. Great service. Awesome Technician.
