We decided to complete the finishing of our basement this year. We purchased our home new from the builder 11 years ago. We got 5 quotes and it included large basement renovators in the GTA. Most quotes were close in pricing including Concord but Concord offered the best design concept, detailed quote, and value added features that were not offered or priced extra with the others. Paul was the first to reach out to me and was very friendly, knowledgeable and paid attention to all our concerns and needs. Tracy did a great job with the design and 3D drawings. Gerard and Alan the supervisor and project manager were also great to work with. Alan was very knowledgeable and provided great ideas and options to the entire project. The project finishing is of top notch quality and I did not have to tell them to fix anything. I could not find any issues! Project was planned for 4-5 weeks but everything was completed in 3 weeks including custom cabinets.
