Left an antique chair with specific instructions and was given a 4 week timeline. They were almost 2 weeks late, the cushion down cushion wand not used as they said they would and the cushion they put in was hard foam. Looks horrible and feels just as bad. Welting was not done well and has pulled away from the chair and exposed glue within 1 week. So to summarize, didn’t do what they said, didn’t do it on time, and what they did do was poorly done. Frankly I will have to have the chair redone at my expense. Can’t recommend except to say take your treasured pieces elsewhere.
