After coming back from a week away from our house we did a major clean up of the house and multiple loads of laundry, the next thing we found was the basement was flooded. Obviously we had a draining problem. After numerous attempt of failing to open the cleanout cap, I decided to get professional helps. That was how I cam across Roy from Mayday Drain Services. He showed up ontime based on a booking over the phone in the previous day. I was extremely impressed with his honesty. He comes to solve your problems, not to trick you or scam you. He is also very knowledable and most importantly very willing to share. He ended up breaking and replacing the cleanout cap and snake out the cleanout trap as well as did a camera inspection.
