They sent a crew who had no idea what to do in an older house. They had no idea that the windows they had approved wouldn't fit so we had to downgrade the windows on the day of installation. We also had to seek out expertise on our own after they had cut open the ceiling and realized they didn't know what to do next. Finishing is now almost impossible without major extra work, the "solar" blinds don't fully work, and the framing work is so uneven it will have to be hand-chiseled in order to allow for basic boxing in of the skylights. The screens provided by the manufacturer don't even fit correctly in the frame they made. So unprofessional.
