Generally 25 to 30% higher than competitors,I would recommend stay away from this company it would save you a nightmare, likes to add project management fees but doesn’t project manage work with trades, Doesn’t follow up with any work completed or Non-finished items,Or billing mistakes, Also gets aggressive and defensive when challenged!!
